As the driving force behind IT Guardians, Jay brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the helm, including over 5 years' experience in healthcare-oriented IT support and 12 years of customer service experience. He has resolved over 3,800 IT help desk tickets and is CompTIA Network+ certified. He specializes in crafting customized IT solutions to make life easier for individuals with disabilities.
